A thoughtful alteration and addition to a heritage Victorian terrace in Lavender Bay.

This project involved the transformation of an attached dwelling through a carefully considered rear extension, internal reconfiguration and landscape improvements, creating a light-filled contemporary living space while respecting the character of the existing Conservation Area streetscape.

The new rear addition introduces natural light through a large circular skylight, strengthens the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, and provides a calm, functional environment for modern family living.
